How much do you charge?

Please complete the online enquiry form giving us as much information as you can (location, number of children, package you are interested in) so that we can give you a quote that is as accurate as possible.

How long before and after the party do I need to have access to the venue:

We recommend that you book the venue at least 30 minutes before the party starts and 30 minutes after it finishes to enable our team to set up and clear away.

Can we have a party at home?

We recommend good sized function rooms, community centres, village halls etc in order to take full advantage of all the party features, but provided there is sufficient space then yes. We can run parties outdoors but inflatables can only be used outdoors on dry ground in dry weather. If you are planning a party in a garden we strongly suggest that you have an indoor wet weather backup plan. It would be a shame to incur the cost and disappointment of cancellation.

How many children can you accommodate in your parties?

Unless otherwise stated, our standard packages are for up to 25-30 children however we can accommodate any number of children provided we know in advance.

We would like to have a theme that you have not mentioned on your website. Is that ok?

Yes, we will do our best to fit in with any theme you set. If you are having a Christmas, Easter, Halloween etc party we have special games, facepaints, art and craft options that we would use for this.

How many entertainers do you provide?

This varies depending on the party type but we always ensure that there is an appropriate ratio of children to adults.

Do you have public liability insurance?

We are fully insured up to £5million

Are your party leaders DBS (formerly known as CRB) checked?

Yes and our staff are trained in Child Protection however, the responsibility for Child Protection always rests with the party organiser.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

If the cancellation is 14 days or less before the party date, we reserve the right to charge in full.

What are your payment terms?

We ask for payment in full by cash or cheque on the day of the party. We can invoice in advance if required to enable bank transfers etc.

Do your parties include a break for food?

Yes, unless otherwise agreed we will always allow for a food break however we do not provide the food!

What is the maximum age limit for your bouncy inflatables?

Our inflatables are indoor sized and not suitable for children over the age of 6. However we have lots of other entertainment types for children over 6.

What are the sizes of your bouncy inflatables?

Ideally if you have 25-30 children at the party we like to bring two inflatables so it is good if the venue is large enough for this. We have a range of various sized inflatables from the toddler sized ones to the very large ones. The longest is 20’ long and the highest is 9.5’ high. The smallest (apart from toddler ones) is 8.5’ wide and tall.

Do you provide party bags?

No.

Do I need to provide prizes for games?

You are very welcome to but if you don’t we will bring small edible prizes with us.

Do I need to provide music and sound system?

No, we will bring these with us.

Do you have any hints and tips for a calmer party?
